Delivery

Every piece is painted and fired by hand before it leaves us. Here's how it reaches you.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered in 5–7 working days from the day you order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next working day.

Where we ship

We ship to Denmark and the rest of the EU. Shipping is calculated at checkout, so you'll see the cost before you pay. If your country isn't available at checkout, write to us at support@maisonpaillon.com and we'll see what we can do.

Your order confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you order. Keep it — your order number is the fastest way for us to help you if anything comes up.

If the confirmation hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us.

If your parcel is delayed

Occasionally a parcel takes longer than expected. If yours hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email support@maisonpaillon.com with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before you order. We can only change an address before the parcel is dispatched — write to us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or uncollected, we'll refund the order minus the shipping cost. A new order is needed to have it sent again.

Customs and duties

All our deliveries are within the EU, so there are no customs charges or import duties to pay.

Packaging

Every piece is sent in its own box, wrapped for protection. Hand-painted enamel is more delicate than plated metal, so we'd rather over-pack than risk it.
